Then, click on Beta Updates, and then select the watchOS Public Beta. If you don’t see an option to choose it, then it could be necessary to sign up for the beta public via beta.apple.com with an Apple ID. After you’ve completed the registration, go back into the Watch app and choose the public beta of watchOS 10. option again.
