Magazine application Flipboard is now integrating Mastodon within its Android application in a move to broaden its focus on the unification of the social network. Flipboard’s CEO Mike McCue will also demonstrate the application’s new Mastodon support during a demonstration in the morning of FediForum the online conference that focuses on discussions about the issues facing the Fediverse, the network of interconnected servers that power an array of open-source, decentralized apps which includes the recently famous Twitter alternatives to Mastodon.
