Flipboard offers a customized feed for Bluesky

Flipboard’s social magazine application has announced a new custom feed for the social network decentralized Bluesky. The company claims that its “Tech By Flipboard” feed is carefully curated based on Flipboard‘s recommendation algorithm.

This month Bluesky launched the capability to build custom feeds created using specific algorithms. Users can now add the meals to their profiles to browse through different accounts and content within the network. The concept was that Bluesky should not have one feed that has a central recommendation algorithm, like the other networks.

This allows app developers to create custom feeds to display relevant content to the users. Flipboard’s tech feed contains information about various content posted by users. Consider it like the system that recommends articles nuzzle (RIP) that Twitter was killed a couple of years ago, but it was on bluesky.
