Following the unveiling ceremony during WWDC in June, the first beta version of iOS 17 hit the scene and was followed by a beta two weeks after in June. In the second version, iOS 17 beta 2 included a variety of new features, including changes to AirDrop as well as changes to Settings, a new Settings App, introduction of crossfade support to Apple Music and many other features.

Developers are now able to download iOS 17 beta 3 which includes a range of new exciting features and improvements to iPhone users. With this release, we’ll discuss the latest additions to iOS and notable improvements for the Music app as well as other improvements.

Apple has made some improvements in the user interface for the Recently Deleted album in iOS 17 beta 3. instead of separating delete as well as Recover options, there’s now a small three-dot menu icon on the bottom on the display. By clicking on it, you will be able to access the menu of options to retrieve and delete objects. If no images are chosen, users have the options of Delete All or Recover All. When certain images are selected, the menu provides the option of deleting or recovering specific images.

Furthermore it is possible to work with Live Photos, a new option to save as Video option is available in the event you select at least one of the Live Photos and tap the management icon. In addition, when deleting or restoring images of an individual they now have the option of choosing “Feature This Person Less,” which alters the importance of the individual’s photos

It is reported that the Apple Music app has received an update with iOS 17 beta3 offering a simple method to see credits from a song. Simply by tapping the three-dot icon beside the playing song, a song that has been searched or a song included in the playlist users are now able to view the full credits. This section highlights all musicians, composition artists as well as individuals who participate in the creation and engineering processes.
